Scorpion in the Sea
Muammar Qaddhafi of Libya sends an aging diesel submarine to the coast of Florida to exact revenge on the aircraft carrier which bombed his palace and killed some of his relatives. Only the skipper of an equally aging destroyer realizes the sub is there, lying silently in wait, and nobody in the Navy will listen.
